Delta College Police Academy is hosting BAF-Fortitude’s, “21st Century Community Policing and Cultural Competency” Course on March 6-7, 2019

Settlement payouts are out of control.  The vast majority of officer misconduct settlements are a result of poor judgment and weak leadership.  The thought that the issues facing BIG Cities can’t happen in your jurisdiction is like buying a discount first-class ticket on the Titanic—great feeling, great view but the voyage will end badly.  The evidence is undeniable.  Officer misconduct is a real issue in every jurisdiction across the nation.

 Why This Course?
